The DivX licensing division has an opening for a Sales Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region. Based in Aachen, Germany, this person will support the daily operations of our EMEA sales team, helping to track new and existing deals, maintain client data and forecast revenue. This is a critical position in the sales organization that requires regular communication with other functional teams at DivX, including finance, business operations, product and partner marketing, product management, legal and business development. It also requires frequent generation, consolidation, interpretation and presentation of data from various sources. THE EVERYDAY VIEW Maintain SalesLogix client database, including general customer information, contacts and business opportunities Filter leads from DivX.com to gather initial qualifying information SalesLogix and forward to sales people as appropriate Generate weekly reports to give management a real-time “forecast vs. target” outlook Produce ad-hoc reports for sales and other departments Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, planning activities, packing and shipping materials to team members in other regions Understand operational workflows and help fine tune processes, including contract flow, customer reporting and certification THE KIND OF PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’re right for the job if you know how to manage, internalize and communicate critical data with diligent and detailed follow-up. It also helps if you’re: Understand or are eager to learn the DivX business model and those of our partners An effective communicator who interacts professionally with co-workers and clients A motivated self-starter with a high degree of integrity, creativity and energy An advanced user of word processing and spreadsheet software Experienced in database management, tracking and analysis (SalesLogix experience a plus) Able to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment A very organized multi-tasker Multilingual (English & German required) A bachelor’s degree holder ABOUT DIVX DivX is a community rich with culture and informed by creativity, intelligence and passion for all that is possible with digital media.
