As an In-store Educator, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of customer service on the retail floor. You will effectively, efficiently “educate” customers on the features, benefits, usage, and care of lululemon product. And there’s more. As a member of the lululemon team, you will work in an environment that fosters personal development, health & fitness, and community involvement. We emphasize goal setting and self-improvement, we give progressive benefits (like free yoga classes!), and we have a lot of fun. Successful lulus are: • goal-oriented and committed to personal development • excellent team players, yet also able to work independently • upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly and authentic • proactive and solution-oriented • excellent in their communication skills – both verbal and written • computer-proficient (Word and Excel) • excellent time managers • happy to accept and provide feedback • active and involved in yoga, and/or other fitness, health or sports activities Part-time is 16-24 hours per week, Full-time is 25-40 hours per week, and positions on our management team are still available.
