Job Description The ideal candidate for our Energy Marketing business will go through a three-six month training program to learn the aspects of Energy Marketing Sales and Operations with the intent to become an Account Manager at the conclusion of the program. The Trainee will be expected to learn and understand the Fuel Oil, Natural Gas and Electricity markets, Pricing and Supply options, learn and understand the Commercial and Industry customer sales cycle from customer solicitation, order placement, delivery, billing and collection, learn and understand the Fuel Oil, Natural Gas and Electricity Supply & Operation infrastructure to support commercial and industrial sales. Demonstrate the ability to perform field sales calls. The training will take place in Woodbridge, NJ, however, the individual must be open to relocation; we have offices along the East Coast corridor. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Professional Sales Program or Business. 0-3 years experience. Strong internships will be considered as prior industry experience. Possess a strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic, fast paced organization. Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to build long term sales relationships. Aggressive, competitive but capable of working in a team environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. Organized and capable of multi-tasking. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to relocate anywhere in the East Coast market.
